Challenge #65: Don't Ask, Don't Tell

It's Monday and time for a new challenge. (As always, you can still post as long as it's the 8th somewhere in the world.)

Challenge #65 is:

Don't Ask, Don't Tell

Don't Ask, Don't Tell is a genre of its own in SGA fic. You could write about the impact it had and still has on John. You could write the team discussing it, or maybe Teyla and Ronon explaining how their respective cultures dealt with the issue if it was at all deemed necessary. What will happen when DADT is repealed? If you'd rather not write about the military policy, you can take it simply as a phrase. What are the things that John and Rodney don't ask and don't tell, by their own choice or by mutual silent agreement. Or maybe John and Jennifer. Or Ronon and Teyla.
